     I have noticed a lack of camaraderie among we Fat folks. In an effort to help, I am starting my newest Challenge, contest, faith healing, combined meeting of love. It will be very simple, very educational, and easy to follow. It will involve a few things, no money, a lot of effort, and some intelligence. Not for the timid, and not for those that don't want to lose some weight. Sign in starts now, and ends Monday morning.  We will be using My Fitness Pal to record everything we eat, and we will share the accounts, all with the same password. We will help each other, see what each other is doing, scream online at folks, applaud where warranted, and all learn some stuff. There will be prizes from EQUINOX, shirts, hats some good prize stuff. There will be exercise, fluids and real foods that you pick. We are all adults, and we will have access to see everything that everyone in the Challenge/Contest does.
     Here are the parameters.

1) We will all eat at our goal weights. If you weigh x amount of pounds, I will use the formula we use at the gym here to get your ideal caloric intake level. That is what we will eat, in any fashion on nutrition. I don't care what you eat, just eat at a pre-determined caloric level.
2) We will take that Calorie level and research what we can eat using the Fitness pal program.
3) We will all get fluid levels for daily intake, based on size and diet
4) You can lo carb, gluten free, vegetarianize or pastaroni your plan, we will all see it.
5) We start on Monday the 27th and are doing this for 81 days, until Memorial Day

    If you're in, send me an EMAIL with your name. On Sunday, send me the weight.. From there, I will send an email blast to everyone and we can do this together.
     If you start, please stay in, you don't want to be ridiculed. If you start and stay you will be coddled, helped along, and we will learn together. No one messes with my Challenge people...

  1. Good luck with the new challenge. I would join, but I'm trying to stick to the plan I'm on for the next 6 months before throwing in the towel and trying something new. I never thought about eating at goal weight ... I'm eager to see how it works out.

    1. Can we use the MFP account we already have and just change the password to whatever you pick so everyone can see it? My frequent foods are already scanned in and it would be easier.

    2. We start at a calorie level and stay there right? Because its the one we should eat at when we get to the weight we want to be at.

    3. I can eat whatever I want, however I want, as long as I stay in the calorie level? So although people may comment on my strange foods - it's not against the rules to eat what I want?

    There is an option for all users to make their diaries public without having to coordinate a password. You can even make it keyword protected, friends only or completely public.

  4. The parameters of this are really cool, A, and man, it's tempting me, though I've got some stuff on my plate right now...still, I'm really glad you set this up. Love the guidelines and that there are prizes. Shoot, there's an Equinox near my house at the Aventura Mall. You ever visit down here to that one? Jewish/Latin neighborhood! Good seafood down here. haha.:) (Not that I can have any.)

    I hope the folks who need it most sign on. I know you can motivate and kick butt! And shoot, I'm still mulling it over. SEe, tempting!!!
