Got the sweetest e-mail from a friend in Arizona about what I eat as snacks. Yes kids, there are "snacks" that will not throw your diets in a piss mound. Here is a list, it took about three minutes to compile, and there are choices galore. Eat 5 of them, eat one of them, any at all, and I promise you will not gain weight !!
The numbers on the right are Calories... Use your discretion and fit them into your plans. Made by God, no preservatives, no errors, no bad stuff.

The strawberries are getting really nice now. What a treat ripe ones are. Yum. Plums are one of my fave things in the world, but they won't be gorgeous until later in the year. Watermelon is always happy-making. Who can't smile when eating a good chunk? :D

You keep seeing all these things in stores like the Special K chips and what not, but I just don't think those are the greatest idea. Then add up the sodium, and it really isn't. So again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
